  My job as the head of the Gaibandha Project Office involves overseeing project implementation and data management, preparing reports, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating partnerships, Establishing and maintaining communication and relationships with government representatives or agencies, managing finances, conducting training sessions and arranging donor visits efficiently. In my position as the Project Director at the Gaibandha project office for MOMODa Projects, I was accountable for launching and executing the most optimal and efficient strategies. I was also responsible for overseeing the management of project data, as well as maintaining effective communication with donors, principal investigators, stakeholders, and project partners. Additionally, I performed any other duties assigned by the appropriate authority. During this time frame, I successfully executed project management and data management for the IGC, GCC, FLFP, Spillover and HFDC projects. I managed all aspects of the project, such as stakeholder meetings, survey management, leading and training an effective team, financial and data management, donor and implementation team coordination, field visits, and progress report preparation.

  As a research coordinator, I am responsible for initiating and implementing the best and most effective practices for MOMODa activities. Additionally, I am in charge of data management for all MOMODa projects and oversee the World Bank, ADB, and THRIFT projects. I also maintain communication with donors, principal investigators, and stakeholders for the aforementioned projects, as well as any other tasks assigned by the appropriate authority.
