  • Supports branch management to build the company store. • Brand and maximize store profitability by providing an outstanding customer experience and delivery of sales targets. • Ensure effective systems, procedures and control to optimize sales and the customer experience.• Raise and solve issues with HQ / other departments.• Ability to accurately complete end to end sales process: solution selling, activation, payment billing and issues / enquires including trouble shooting.•Daily reconciliations for own POD – Cash and stock.
