  I was a part of a small enterprise architecture team setting up the EA discipline in ČSOB (one of three largest banks in the Czech republic). I have prepared the leading governance principles for architecture and project planning and execution. As a team, we have introduced the overall architecture framework – we have set up the architecture bodies, defined the architecture roles and responsibilities, prepared the overall architecture principles. I was co-leading the re-design of the IT budgeting processes, resulting into a new IT budgeting framework. My counterparts in the organization were the board members of the bank’s divisions, the CIO, the CFO, the business and IT architects and program managers.Last, but not least, I was driving the definition of the target and transition architectures of the key areas, giving architecture direction and ensuring architecture consistency with other activities across the bank.
