  I currently manage two classrooms in my program. I establish curriculum, write a monthly newsletter, make sure both classrooms are prepared and stocked with materials. I motivate the teacher's in my team to give it their all and to make sure to encourage the children under their care to do their best. Working with children and helping them understand the world we live in a bit more each day
