It’s the first Indian SaaS company to get listed on the US stock exchange (NASDAQ: FRSH) in 2021.Led the development and deployed a complex feature to track and audit the field changes of a record from different sources. Smooth launch of the feature retained $1.12 Million ARR and it is one of key features used by GTM teams for upselling which led to new business acquisition worth $550K ARR.Owned and released impactful UI & UX enhancements to improve the product experience for the data import feature in Freshsales CRM. As a result, reduced the incoming support tickets by 36%.Identified and resolved an infra-level issue causing a delay in the export of data from Freshsales by working closely with Engineering & DevOps teams resulting in saving 3K Customer Support hours spent per week.Analyzed tickets, customer chats and devised a plan to increase the adoption of the “Web forms” feature.Revamped the UI, to make it more intuitive and launched key enhancements resulting in 8% feature adoption increase and helped the GTM teams to acquire new business worth $175K ARR.Contributed to the development and execution of the Account based selling product strategy to bring in more revenue from B2B customers. Researched on ABS strategies, carried out competitor analysis, customer interviews and launched features which will be adopted by 70% of paying customers.Led a project in analyzing the main reasons for churn, coordinated with other teams to address the issues. As a result, saved $100K ARR churn & got special recognition from the Director of Product Management.Won an award titled "True friend of a customer" for improving the product experience of data import feature.
