  During my role as team lead and technical project/service manager for the BI team I was able to successfully overhaul the team's working practices to be able to better serve our growing customer base in an agile manner. Our technology offering was complemented with the Microsoft Azure & Power BI in addition to Oracle and Qlik. The team saw steady annual revenue growth of around 40 % during this time as a result. During 2018 - 2019 I also managed a major Tekes (now Business Finland) funded project for our own product development function (Aico the intelligent process automation platform for period-end close, since 2019 Aico has operated as its own legal entity). I also had a PO and developer role in the data engineering and data science functions of the development team. Show less
