Managed all aspects of Ontario Eastern Division HVAC and water heater installation, service and Quality Assurance program. Created separate manuals for company sales team leaders, HVAC installers, and service technicians as well as for branch managers in order to assist them in the transition of managing their own drivers and branch fleets.
