      Reported directly to the President Responsible for hiring, training and managing all office personnel at centralized HUB and all 8 satellite branch locations in ON and BC. Designed, implemented and managed all branch office operational and administrative procedures. Fully staffed and outfitted 12 satellite offices throughout Ontario and BC with communication hardware and software systems, computer hardware and software systems, insurance coverage, signage, agent transportation, payroll systems, office furniture and supplies resulting in turn key operations for new sales distributor. Achieved more than 200% increase in weekly local and road trip sales submissions by optimizing corporate sales vehicle inventory distribution as well as the acquisition of 32 additional sales team vans from out sourced suppliers.  Managed all processes and procedures surrounding 48 vehicle sales team fleet. Monitored all van sales production, secured province wide maintenance and fuel savings contracts, driver complaints, quarterly driver abstracts, driver infractions, accident reporting and repairs, accounts payable and weekly vehicle inspections. Managed all contract processing, internal staff payroll, administering agent advances, agent advance deductions, driver van contribution deductions, accounts payable accounting, all banking arrangements and procedures, agent bonus administration, all sales contest administration, every aspect of recruiting procedures, staff and agent training, independent contractor hiring processes, head office expansions, office maintenance, branch expansions, and all communication and computer systems ongoing maintenance.
