  I was in charge of a team of ~200 volunteers that helped to facilitate our weekend experience for guests. These volunteers helped run 9 different areas of the church including, but not limited to the: store, parking lot, safety team, 1st-time guests, info desk and more. I was able to oversee all local outreach for the Groveport area. During that time I coordinated efforts with Burlington Shoe Distribution and a local elementary school to size, deliver, and put a new pair of shoes on the feet of every child in their school.
