  Between Sept 2022 -Sept 2023 my focus as change & training manager for EMEA was to implement & support a global roll out of a CRM (Dynamics 365). In my role of change manager I performed gap analysis to define the requirements. I was responsible to assure the employees understood WHY we were changing our CRM and had to guide them along the way by giving sufficient training as well as mental support to get engaged with the new CRM.In October 2023 my role shifted towards supporting a full reorganization towards one TOMRA Food where I will support the business area EMEA leadership team with the rollout of this transformation plan.
