Working at both of our sites and always being on call whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Producing a software from scratch, a fully customized software programm for our new Cleanfill site, which is also implemented into our current accounting system. Feedback any important client information to Client Services Team and identify any training/knowledge needs for clients.Recommendations:We approached Exzel IT Consulting because as our business needed to upgrade the computer systems which had remained static for a number of years. This soon proved that the existing peer to peer network and multiple workstations was not sufficient to meet our ongoing demands. Bette & Exzel IT Consulting Team helped us by clearly itemizing items, providing accurate costs while also explaining what was required and why. It was recommended that we purchase a dedicated network server, replace or upgrade our workstations and streamline software. They also reviewed our backup system and as a result we now have a fully managed off site system to give peace of mind. We were worried that a complete overhaul of our computer system would cause downtime, potential loss of productivity and inconvenience to staff and clients. However Bette & Exzel IT Consulting Team worked with us to complete the work with little disruption and kept us fully informed of the steps required. Six months after completion we now have a management contract with Exzel, who now monitor our systems and make sure everything continues to run smoothly and with no stress.
