  At the end of my first year course at Kaunas College I got a proposal to go for a work practice abroad. Driven by an idea of seeing different environments and achieving plenty of new experiences I easily passed a few selections and got a place in Greece.I have finished my 1st year course two months earlier and flew away to meet my adventure.During my practice I showed a lot of passion and desire of getting more and more knowledge. In one month I have learned a Greek alphabet so I can understand more. That was taken into account and I started to get more tasks to be made by my own. It was a huge accomplishment for me as I was an only foreigner at the position.Overall, it was a great opportunity to get to know how I should start achieving my goals at work, how to organize my time and how to use my carefulness by reaching best results at what I do.   As a first QA in the team, I took the initiative of establishing testing procedures and integrating test strategies. I also led the implementation of automated testing, which involved evaluating several frameworks and selecting the most suitable one. Currently, I am responsible for writing E2E tests to cover as much regression testing as possible.I have integrated traceability of manual testing, to monitor test coverage and track bugs, which enhanced our quality assurance processes. Additionally, I am responsible of organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, to ensure thorough validation of key functionalities from user's perspective. Show less
