I supervised a staff of 19 and orchestrated the daily pool operations including programming, guest services, scheduling, staff development and discipline, pool maintenance and chemistry, and maintaining all health code requirements. I instructed swim lessons, trained new lifeguards, and re-certified lifeguards to perform to national standards.
