      Actress

I attended a number of workshops including one I was specially selected for which centred around the production of 'Tis pity she's a whore' which starred Jude Law, and who himself partook in the workshop.I performed in a number of youth productions including Julius Caesar and a Servant of Two Masters where I successfully auditioned in the rehearsal rooms at the Old Vic Theatre for one of the main roles of Truffaldino.I was chosen to play the role by the BAFTA award-winning and Olivier Award-nominated actor Jason Watkins, who watched my audition and who was playing the role of Truffaldino in the theatre's main production, along with the director.I also carried out two weeks work experience at the theatre which saw me helping out in many different departments, including props, wardrobe and production.Following on from the Young Vic, I was offered the chance to tour with the National Theatre for a year in 2000 but unfortunately, it did not fit around my job and I regrettably had to decline this fantastic offer.
