Additionally worked on a research project for the Brody School of Dental Medicine. - Assisted in Software Development coding efforts, ensuring seamless user interfaces and intuitive data visualization tools using React, Git, and Docker. Additionally, using Chakra UI as the CSS framework to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.- Utilized Meta's Llama model and created a Flask app to communicate via REST API within the React app to implement a chat feature for information and decision-making.- Developed, trained, and tested a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model in collaboration with the Brody School of Dental Medicine to accurately classify furcation involvement using Data Science techniques within X-ray images of teeth with a 60% accuracy.- Extracted a dataset of images or furcation involvement and data that did not have furcation involvement.- Utilized multiple machine learning classifier algorithms, including Neural Net, RBF SVM, Nearest Neighbors, Linear regression, Gaussian Process, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Ada Boost, and Naive Bayes, and various Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit Learn.Created data visualizations to display different accuracies.
