      • Providing Support to RBS Client Service team (SPOC for users) within agreed SLA.• Deploying Patch (release) on UAT & Production servers provided by vendor. • Raising change request for any new release that has to be deployed on production, present it in front of change management team and get it approved. • Daily monitoring of all the servers and the log files. • End to end Testing of the issues covered in the release provided by vendor. • Requirement gathering from Client Service Team and co-ordinating with vendor for development/enhancement of the same. • Co-ordinating with vendor for resolution of the bug in the current system. • Visiting Vendor site for testing of any major release testing and report issues there itself.• Weekly call with regional team on status of the issues. • Performing DR activity on interval basis. • Documentation of all the issues reported on Production and UAT environment. • Escalate sev1 and sev2 issues to regional and product team and keep them updated till resolution of the same.• Communicate with Client Service team in case of system down or any activity to be performed on production.
