      Part of a team hired to move the collections of the CMH from several off site storage facilities to new (in 1990) purpose-built storage facility. Inventoried, packed transported, unpacked, shelved and recorded locations.

      Oversee the operations of the museum's exhibition project management team. Responsible for assignments, performance planning and management and staffing. Provide expert advice on project feasibility and resource requirements; assist in overall branch planning. Participate in ongoing discussions on exhibit development process improvements. Develop detailed work plans for own team and coordinate divisional work planning exercise. Responsible for an exhibition budget of over $3 million. Analysed exhibit proposals (internal and external, permanent and temporary) and provide expert advice on feasibility and resource requirements to realize. Managed a team of PMs responsible or the ongoing development, implementation maintenance and close of temporary exhibits and ongoing maintenance of permanent exhibits. Managed workload, assignments, performance, section budgets. Member of the the PM team responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and dismantle of temporary exhibitions at the Canadian Museum of History: The Mysterious Bog People; O Pelourinho; Full Circle, First Contact. Developed interpretive strategies for exhibitions at the Canadian Postal Museum to enhance visitor experience and interaction. Registered, researched and catalogued artifacts at the Canadian Postal Museum. Numberd objects, carried out light conservation treatments (cleaning, stabilization); organized and oversaw the transfer of the CPM collections (approximately 25000 objects) between storage facilities; supervised team responsible for shelving and inventorying collections at new facility.
