  - Collected baseline monitoring surveys of over 120 community members about health prevention practices regarding HIV/AIDS, malaria, obstetric fistula, family planning and sanitation while living in the community in rural Uganda and working on a cross cultural team of public health professionals- Designed and implemented public health education programs with over 1000 attendees in total across 8 weeks of programming in the aforementioned health areas with limited resources- Organized with local partners to conduct a health fair and provide testing and treatment for malaria, HIV/AIDS, reproductive health concerns and other necessary referrals for over 500 community members- Participated in the facilitation of water, sanitation and hygiene infrastructure improvements including building hand washing stations, leading borehole clean up days and menstrual health sensitizations Show less

  - Co-designed and co-facilitated a week long program management and M&E workshop with the Ibanda University Research Division and MFYD in July 2022, bringing in over 40 participants across various research, public health and social work industries in Uganda- Co-led the development of online applications for process evaluation surveys in CommCare Data Collection Application Software, as well as focus group discussion and in-depth interview guides across various program areas- Co-facilitated the training of MFYD staff and Ibanda University interns on the above methods and oversaw data collection in a rural Ugandan setting- Co-created a new website for MFYD programming visibility and donation accessibility utilizing GoDaddy.com- Regular maintenance of program management materials such as scopes of work, budgets, meeting agendas and workshop teaching materials for in-country staff- Co-lead regular data cleaning, analysis and reporting of process evaluation data as it is collected Show less
