      - Collected baseline monitoring surveys of over 120 community members about health prevention practices regarding HIV/AIDS, malaria, obstetric fistula, family planning and sanitation while living in the community in rural Uganda and working on a cross cultural team of public health professionals- Designed and implemented public health education programs with over 1000 attendees in total across 8 weeks of programming in the aforementioned health areas with limited resources- Organized with local partners to conduct a health fair and provide testing and treatment for malaria, HIV/AIDS, reproductive health concerns and other necessary referrals for over 500 community members- Participated in the facilitation of water, sanitation and hygiene infrastructure improvements including building hand washing stations, leading borehole clean up days and menstrual health sensitizations Show less
