  During my time at Ordnance Survey, I worked in Data Enhancement. My main role was to investigate data whilst working harmoniously with the rest of the team. I would then have to make decisions and estimations based on this data. For example, a classification discrepancy on a road between ours and the local highways authorities data and deciding which one I thought was correct. I had to work to a fast pace whilst ensuring that I didn’t make any mistakes which I feel improved by attention to detail and my organisations skills. Show less

  Part of the Performance & Strategy team, responsible for strategic programmes to deliver safety, sustainable growth and profitability within the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Business. Part of the contract leadership team, accountable for providing performance insight and analysis for delivery across our different contracts. Responsible for driving delivery versus committed KPI’s as well as leading on strategic, transformation and tactical improvement programmes. Managed a team of 20 people at different levels, from Team Managers to Administrators and lead on the creation and implementation of new processes and systems for the Openreach Network Services Agreement (ONSA) Contract. Lead a team of 9 staff, including Administrators, Senior Administrators, managing the MLE business work stream for our client Virgin Media. Validating and issuing job packs to both internal and external field teams. Ensuring that all stakeholders were communicated with in a timely manner, to keep them updated on the status of jobs and lead on issue resolution Worked alongside the Contract Manager on 3 different network projects for our client Virgin Media. Covering the UK working on CCU upgrades, HFC amp swaps and Optimisation work on the network to reduce SNR levels. Worked in a team of 10 staff consisting of a Team Leader, 7 Administrators and 2 Senior Administrators. Carrying out tasks such as Street Works noticing, liaising with Local Councils and Authorities, ensuring compliance with TMA (Traffic Management Act) 2004.

  Whilst at Your Lead Machine, my job role mainly included telephone sales and attending networking events, building relationships with other businesses. I was targeted to find new business for the company whilst at the same time, servicing the business I generated. This increased my sales skills as I was working on the phones and face to face. Being a motivated and confident individual, the job and my personality went hand in hand. I thrived in the industry and was consistently hitting targets.
