Directed distribution of authorized work among repair divisions, establishing priorities in accordance withneeds of vessel and capacity of command.- Supervised two Officers, 250 enlisted Sailors and five contractors across six divisions in the depot level maintenance of 36 Landing Craft Air Cushion valued at $23 million each.- Flawlessly combined the talent of 152 shore maintenance personnel and 74 sea maintenance personnel to double the productivity from the Maintenance Department in the repair efforts of 36 Landing Craft Air Cushion increasing material readiness by 15%.- Flawlessly managed 14 Restricted Availabilities, six Command, Control, communications, Computers and Navigation (C4N) upgrades, and eight Alteration Installation Teams (AIT) in ensuring 36 Landing Craft Air Cushion were ready to deploy to support National tasking of the United States Navy amphibious force.- Effectively managed $3.2 million in production man-hours, $6.6 million in equipment, and $1.5 million in Phased Maintenance money to effect repairs to 36 Landing Craft Air Cushion resulting in a cost avoidance of $1.5 million in contractor fees and unnecessary parts. Directed operation and maintenance of 36 Landing Craft Air Cushion.- Led a team of 5 Officers, 3 Chief Petty officers, and 120 Sailors, Coast Guard, and Marines in successfully training Naval personnel from Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Guinea, and Senegal in properly enforcing maritime law and fishing regulations in coastal waters as well as self-defense of naval property.- Supervised 9 Officers, 3 Master Chief Petty Officers, 17 Senior Chief Petty Officers and 44 Chief Petty Officers in the safe operation, employment, management, and maintenance of 314 Sailors and 36 Landing Craft Air Cushion.- Innovative management skills led to successful employment of 36 LCAC and 387 personnel in the support of 10 amphibious warships delivering combat ready troops and material in support of National tasking in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.- Managed a budget of over $16 million, successfully leading the maintenance and operational deployment of 36 LCAC.
