      HR Business Partner focused on project and programme management in HR's Strategic Planning & Governance team.Accountable for the development, delivery and monitoring of the pan-TfL People Plan, looking at how we deliver people activity for all of our 27,000 employees.I project managed the successful delivery of a reorganisation in HR with a reduction of 30% on staff costs, then became accountable for ensuring the new operating model and ways of working were fully embedded. This included capturing feedback on the operating model and developing potential solutions to iron out any arising issues and monitoring the headcount budget over the course of the financial year.I worked closely with all HR teams to monitor their activity throughout the year and put in place an approach to prioritisation to ensure that, as a support function to the business, we delivered activity / initiatives that align to business need.Responsibility for my team's budget, as well as monitoring budget for all HR teams, working closely with our Finance Business Partner to undertake forecasting, provide insight into budget on a periodic basis and to identify/escalate any issues.Acted as Smart Working Lead for HR, looking at how we could enable our people to work more flexibly, coordinating office moves/changes to make best use of office space, promoting use of technology such as virtual meetings and conference calling facilities.Line management of our team's administrator.
