  I started with the Fargo Park District in 2014 as a concessions worker. I then got my lifeguard certification and worked my way up to become a Head Guard (lower level management) for the 2018 summer season. I was promoted to assistant manager for the 2019 summer season. This job has provided me with endless management opportunities such as working closley with the company, helping new hires, hiring and training, scheduling, customer service skills and leadership. I have been in the manager role for almost a year with the Fargo Park District. I am in charge of managing our indoor pool from December to March. This position provides a lot of leadership opportunities as well as being able to handle things on your own and to be a self starter when problems arise.
