  ● We organized 6 different events with 2000+ participants at the Mentorium, a social enterprise consisting of 17 people and 6 different departments.● While I was forming the volunteer team of 17 people, I attended 100+ interviews and had the opportunity to observe the problem-solving skills, team harmony, accurate transfer of experiences, excitement, and desires of the candidates during the interview processes.● I observed the working harmony and tempo of the teams for the interconnected work of the different teams. I took the necessary practices and decisionsI took a leading role in the founding process of Mentorium, setting strategic goals for the company and spearheading the development of the business plan.I devised and implemented a comprehensive brand identity and marketing strategy to enhance Mentorium's market perception and visibility.Conducting target audience analysis and market research, I developed strategies based on market fit and customer needs for our products and services.I managed online and offline marketing campaigns, implementing effective strategies to increase brand awareness and expand the customer base.By developing content marketing and social media strategies, I created a comprehensive content plan to increase engagement with the target audience and strengthen brand loyalty.Taking charge of business development activities, I pursued new business opportunities and managed relationships with potential partners for collaboration.Analyzing customer feedback, I developed strategic recommendations for the continuous improvement of our products and services and the enhancement of customer satisfaction.
