  I was the Team Lead in the Patient Accounting department, after working as a Collection agent for a year prior. Handling accounts for Hospitals all over the country prior to them forwarding to collections. We worked on behalf of our clients accessing their hospitals system to assist in the collect of their patients debt. I overseen a team under my manager and assisted with training new hires, monthly team call audits, organizing monthly team meetings. I would also communication with our client contacts when questions or concerns arose , addressing any concerns and taking the steps need to resolve issues.   Reverse Mortgage Support Specialist

  I work in the Tax and Insurance department for Celink, who is one of the leading servicers in the nation for reverse mortgages. I started out as a Borrower Assistant Representative answering income and making outgoing call the borrowers on behalf of our clients. I would address borrowers' concerns, address defaults and possible resolutions, offer counseling and other resource information available. Now in my current position I handle Repayment Agreement calculation based on HUD and Industry guidelines. I am also a member of the HAF Team- which is a government assistance program to aid homeowners who have been impacted by COVID. Oversee the inbox and email distribution for the department, addressing concerns and assisting in resolutions. Assist with training new employees' and implementing new processes when warranted. I also assist with major projects that arise and need all assistance possible to complete. I have a passion to take what is asked of me and dive in as our clients and borrowers deserve all options and resources available. I am also an essential member of our HAF Team- this is a Federally funded program with all 50 states, that we are transferring information back and forth to correct defaulted loans for seniors.
