  Setting up a brand new station as Allegiant started it's operation from Palm Beach International Airport, setting up contracts with fuel, ice and maintenance vendors, buying brand new equipment and supplies required to run the station, hiring brand new staff and building up the team with training and other resources.Also, transitioned into the station taking over from a different ground handler. Setup the station which included hiring new crew interviewing old crew, deciding which ones to keep and which ones to let go. Taking over the equipment and making sure the maintenance is up to date.
