In the preparation of this Moot Court Competition, I conducted extensive legal research, focusing on anti-discrimination law and employment regulations. Also in the preparation phase, I had the chance to be helped by a true International Private lawyer, who give me recommandations and tips on my way to handle the speaking part of the competition. Also, I worked collaboratively with the others participants, to develop effective strategies and arguments. This experience allowed to hone my legal reasoning (especially on employment law), my public speaking and critical thinking skills, as well as deepen my comprehension of legal issues on positive discrimination.
