  As a Management Executive at CEAT Limited, Butibori, Nagpur, Maharashtra, I have been responsible for various projects. During my tenure from November 2017 to November 2020, I have gained extensive experience in project management and implementation.One of my key responsibilities has been to develop and implement project plans for green field projects. This involved working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that projects were completed on time, within budget, and met the desired quality standards. I have also conducted project requirement compliance audits, system audits, and inspections related to the equipment machinery and plant infrastructure, to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Furthermore, I have been involved in implementing industrial automation, PLC, HMI, and Servo System programming. This has included planning and successfully executing the installation of electrical substations and switchgear. I have also been responsible for managing breakdowns, periodic maintenance, and spare parts management, with a special focus on mixer, triplex extruder, tyre building machine, and tyre curing press.In addition, I have implemented SOP, Kaizen, project documentation, and cost-saving projects to improve the overall efficiency of operations. I have also studied and prepared technical requirements for the procurement of plant machinery and equipment.As a Management Executive, I have also been responsible for administrative work and SAP-related tasks.   As a Lead Engineer at TATA Power Central Odisha Distribution Limited, I have been responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and resolution of breakdown issues for 33/11 KV Power Sub-Stations. Since joining the company in December 2020, I have gained extensive experience in working with 33KV Switch yard and Transformer maintenance.My role has also included being answerable for Relay Co-ordination and Testing of Power Sub-stations, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. I have been heavily involved in Quality-Based Improvement Projects, where I have played a key role in improving operational efficiencies and reducing downtime.I possess knowledge and experience with ISO 90001, 14001 & 45001 documentation, which I have leveraged to improve processes and procedures within my team. I have also been responsible for updating all 33/11KV PSS SLD through AutoCAD, CYME & ETAP for periodic analysis.Furthermore, I have implemented the 5S approach to all Power Sub-Stations, ensuring that they are organized, efficient, and effective.
