  I was responsible for managing the field team, composed by five members, that works daily with more than 130 associated Pharmacies of the company helping them achieve our the common goals. To achieve this goal, there are frequent visits made by the team throughout the national territory.Guaranteeing the compliance of Pharmacies is the main focus of the Pharmacy Coacher's work.In addition to the supervision of their tasks, I am responsible for ensuring the achievement of company objectives through the implementation of strategic actions at the pharmacies, being responsible for managing internal projects developed for them.It is also part of my duties to ensure communication between the internal structure and the clients.
