  During an intense period of seven weeks, I had the wonderful opportunity to work as an Activity Leader at a renowned summer language camp. This role not only allowed me to immerse myself in the vibrant cultural diversity of youths from all continents but also to lead, inspire, and guide over 100 teenagers who rotated on a weekly basis.My primary responsibilities included:💡 Design and planning of the evening activity program: I created a range of activities that were not only entertaining but also enriching and educational, allowing students to practice the language in a fun and relaxed manner.🌍 Management of cultural diversity: Every week, I had the chance to work with a new group of teenagers from different parts of the world. This gave me the ability to understand and respect various perspectives and cultures, ensuring all activities were inclusive and tailored to their needs.🤝 Team leadership: I wasn't alone in this journey. I guided and coordinated a talented team of instructors, ensuring activities ran smoothly and effectively for all participants.🚀 On-site support: Beyond planning, I was also present on the ground, accompanying the youths in their activities, ensuring everything went safely and that every student had a memorable experience.This challenge allowed me to develop key skills in leadership, team management, and educational program design.
