Supervising a team of communication and education specialists to collaborate in the implementation of these plans. Developing creative and engaging strategies that reach individuals who depend on our services and programs. Work across departments for cohesive and equitable communications, engagement, and outreach activities. Assisted in the development of a new communications program for the Department of Human Services: a fast-paced organization with nearly 500 employes. Responded quickly, efficiently, and creativity to communications requests across several divisions including adult services, children and family services, and public benefits.
