Utilize Xactimate to provide detailed and accurate scopes of work and maintain adjuster/insurer communication for timely review and approval of supplements as needed. Average supplement increase on a residential roofing/storm claim $8,300.

  Estimator focusing on reconstruction after water/fire losses. Act as the adjuster for inspection providing a scope of repairs for USAA, State Farm, Chubb, etc. through Contractor Connection. Document loss and provide an accurate estimate to the insurer, maintain communication through the review and approval process. Provide customer with change orders and remodel requests. Close rate for jobs sold in the 80s.
