  • Worked 30 hours a week helping customers, managing inventory, handling sales and returns both in store and online and stringing lacrosse sticks. • Worked 45+ hours per week Assigned by District and Regional Managers to change the fortunes of a failing retail location. In three months, the location became one of most successful Lacrosse Unlimited’ s in the country based upon weekly sales reporting. In executing this turnaround, I managed staff, provided the highest end customer service, repaired lacrosse sticks, handled relationships within the company and created a successful relationship with the community of Greenwich.
