  PPC MANAGERROYAL FANS (PVT) LTD. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:• Create plans and calendars for forecasts production and carry out effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired goals on time.• Pre-Production analysis of all production sections of the whole month to facilitate the all other departments against actual demand.• Monitor the each section planning and organizing according to the demand.• Make a co-ordination with all departments.o To avoid over and/or unseasonable stocking, maintain the maximum and minimum level of internal raw materials and finished goods.o Collaborate with the ceiling Die Casting and Rotary sections; control it according to demand and monthly plans.o Collaborate with Purchase Department to ensure timely material availability, and anticipate delays.o Provide the monthly packing plan to purchase department.o Make work orders for ceiling, pedestal and armature winding on daily basis.o Set the molding dies according to production demands and follow-up on daily basiso Provide information of changing in component of product to inventory manager for updating the BOM (Bill of Material) if required needed.• Supervise processes and staff to meet specified production demands and goals on time.• Managing information of repairing ceiling motors on the Production floor.• Analyze MO’s (Manufacturing Orders) on daily basis.o Verify all new MO’s on daily basis.o Keen eyes on daily MO receiving of semi-finished and finished goods.o Match MO with physical locations.• Submit report directly to CEO of daily production.• Make daily shortage report according to demand and minimum levels; Submit report to CEO and purchase department as well.
