  The Karura Community Chapel is in the Runda suburb of Nairobi City and it has been running medical camps for the less fortunate members of society in the slum areas of Githogoro, Huruma as part of it social justice initiatives. The camps lso serve the residents of Muchatha, Banana and Ruaka. Every year this camp serves over 2100 people.
