I perform validation research, draft proposals and facilitate special pricing when applicable. I also provide consistent excellent customer service to all my accounts and act as a liaison between my internal Support, Engineering and Accounting departments to ensure the client's needs are appropriately represented. Family Coach, Rogue Community Hub Almeda Fire Survivor shelter program

Since April 2022 on the specialized Rogue Community Hub Alameda Fire Survivor shelter project assisting hundreds of fire impacted Oregonians, I have been assessing individual needs while working to break down barriers to reveal the underlying angst and inspiring attainable action plans for our trauma affected neighbors. Involving relationship building and support navigation with *multiple local and federal agencies and resources. Frequently providing transportation to the agency offices, doctor appointments and hospitals. Embracing the feeding of our hungry through interagency weekly and seasonal programs as well as many one-off emergency food box deliveries. In the field full time, I’ve been the point person for one shelter location and made myself available to those in need at an alternate shelter not assigned to the Family Coach team on the project. This specialized project has evolved into a new introspective study of what the ODHS Family Coach role can look like when we focus on our entire community, not just TANF families. I also implemented a side project, for all four shelter locations, called “Sock Knock”. Designed to open physical doors creating intrigue and establishing initial rapport by handing out Bombas socks to open communication.* Local and federal agencies and resources: APD, ADRC, VA, SSA, DMV, U.S. Census, HAJC, ACCESS, St Vincent de Paul's, United Way, EQUUS, OED, Rogue Community Health, Rogue Retreat, Fortify Properties, Reveille Foundation, Fire Zone Captains, Options, Jackson Care Connect, ColumbiaCare Connect, AllCare, La Clinica, Jackson County Mental Health, Unete, Street Dogs, No Pet Left Behind, Pets of the Homeless, C.A.T.S, etc.• 5,693 Outreach contacts; 5,390 at my primary location and 303 at the unofficial location.• 1,800 Bombas socks distributed; 1,200 to my primary location and 600 to the ad hoc shelter.• 396 partner agency and local resource referrals submitted for barrier removal.
