      As part of the recovery plan for the Alstom Group, the Alstom T&D Division was divested and transferred to the AREVA Group.• Project Managed all HR work streams related to the transfer including: transmission of business legislation, coordination of union consultations, transfer of employment contracts where appropriate in share or asset deals, transfer of assets and liabilities related to defined benefit pension schemes, ensured continuity of all HR related services such as payroll, HRIS, etc. Show less
