  As an Intern at Hydromech Technology, I analyzed municipal solid waste of a city and designed a solid waste management plant with capacity of 100 tons per day.This plant generates compost and power from the municipal waste.Key Achievements :-- The plant I designed is now functional.- I presented my research paper in a national conference on "Compost Generation from municipal solid waste".- I made a new power generation plant for the city which runs by solid waste.

  Internship Trainee

  As Internship Trainee at CNH Industrial in Plant Quality Department, I prepared Part-Supplier matrix and reduced variation in quality of incoming and in-house manufactured parts.I examined 4000+ part drawings & 250+ and differentiated them as per the company standards.I also inspected incoming parts.Leading a team of 4, we managed to complete the project within the time allotted through proper management and strategy formulation.Key Achievements :-- I reduced variability from more than 6000 to 16.Hence, company can now focus on only the critical parameters and save time as well as money.- I reduced overhead cost of wastage and time.
