  Leading a team of four people, soon to be five. The current team consists of two project engineer's, one production engineer with a vacancy for another and a software engineer. The team responsibilities include production and configuration support, site maintenance, New product introduction, Windows operating system implementation, engineering change orders (ECO's) as well as customer projects with a proud list of high clientele. Project coordination consists of working with sales companies to capture customer requirements/concepts and return information to base to work with the existing team to analyse, review and implement an efficient hardware and/or software process.
