  Supplier Quality Engineer

  From March 2014 to May 2015, I held the position of SQE in ADLER-PELZER Group.As SQE, my main activities was to evaluate, verify, support and maintain contacts with the several companies that supplies the 7 Italian Plants (more than 300 suppliers) with frequent process audit, and monitoring the quality performances through appropriate instruments including the analysis of the "Supplier Rating Reports" issued monthly by the different plants of the group.During the development phase of a new product, my job was to make sure that companies that provide our plants, respects and implements the processes previously validated, without altering in any way the process nor the product. In case of non-conformity / incident, my task was to analyze the root causes and to be the link between the supplier and the factory in order to enable the resolution of the issue.The processes audited / verified to our suppliers, belong to various commodities (injection molding - thermoforming – polyurethane foaming – painting – metal cold stamping - water-jet cutting – saddling/sewing, as well as different kinds of welding and assembling operations)The experience of more than 15 years in Quality sector for different automotive companies, allowed me to develop a good understanding of the different processes listed above.   Plant Quality Manager

  From May 2015, I held the position of "Plant Quality Manager" in ADLER PELZER at Virle Piemonte Plant (Turin). In this role, I managed n° 2 Laboratories coordinating a team of n° 7 resources. My principal activities were the following:- Management of the Customer Service and all connected activities (Non-Conformities management, Responsible of the Corrective Action, correspondence with our customers, etc.) - Management of the sorting/reworking activities at customer plant.- Responsible for the Incoming Quality: Coordination of the activities, management of the supplier Quality performances and improvement plans.- Coordination of the activities concerning the management of sampling and customer PPAP.- Management of the products control method for the whole production process.- Conduction of Process Audit (internal and for companies of the Adler Pelzer Group)- Management of LPA (Layered Process Audit)- Validation of the internal production process.From the assignment of this role, I followed and managed the Quality performances of the Plant (KPI), and did different process improvement for scrap/cost reduction. I also managed and passed the renewal of the ISO-TS certification of the plant, and the CCC certification for the exportation of some of our products in China. Show less
