Show less March National Conference is a creation of National Plenary held for young leaders in AIESEC. It was a legacy event hosted by AIESEC in Delhi IIT after more than 2 Decades. The conference was attended by 250+ young leaders and the planning and execution looked like like this - - Led a team of 10 individuals executing 2 National Conferences back to back.- Successfully organised and orchestrated one conference with a delegation size of 300+ future Leaders and another with 150+ Future Leaders who were from 20+ States.- Planned Budget and execution of over ₹20 Lakhs.- Looked after the external stakeholders who have been associated with organisation for more than 5 year like Duolingo and Abhibus.- Managed and executed 5 additional events for the duration of the conference.
