  Projects - 208’ Research Vessel Alpha Crucis for the University of San Paulo Brazil. Refit included adding a 400 H.P. bow thruster and dynamic positioning, a new updated bridge and interior, Sampling Winches and U frame, and a complete set of scientific electronics including an ADCP, Reason 8160 Side scanning sonar, Knudsen Chirp, Sea Bird water sampling, a Weatherpac and Simrad fish Finding electronics. After the refit, piloted the vessel for 12 days . Budget $7 Million.- 350’ Dive support vessel “Ocean Eclipse”. Reactivated the vessel from Labuan Malaysia and managed and rode tow to Singapore. Completed half of a 5 year survey. Vessel flooded due to a shipyard accident. Managed refloating of the vessel and mitigated insurance claim. Brokered sale of the vessel to recycler in India. Prepared vessel for tow from Singapore to Alang India.- 135’ Tug “Ocean Pathfinder”. Rebuilt vessel bottom and running gear after grounding on Blight Reef. This included replacement of 40% of the bottom shell. Reconditioned running gear and getting the vessel back into ABS class. Show less
