  2022-23: Served aboard RSS Persistence (Landing Ship Tank; Amphibious Warship) as the Operations Officer. Led the ship in several local and overseas deployments as the overall-in-charge. Took care of exercise requirements, operations planning, budgeting, liaison with foreign Navies, training, morale and discipline of the crew (Deployments to Australia, Vietnam and East Malaysia).2020-22: Served in the Navy's HQ as an Analyst. Focused on deep research, analysis, operations planning and subject matter expertise. Co-authored reports referenced at the senior MINDEF leadership. Redesigned, improved and spearheaded the execution of a new Learning Management System which targets over 350 officers of the Navy. Represented the Navy and attached to the Sea Power Centre, Royal Australian Navy, for the inaugural ASEAN-Australia Fellowship Programme.2018-20: Served aboard RSS Freedom and RSS Fearless (Patrol Vessel and Littoral Mission Vessel respectively) as the Assistant Operations Officer. Took care of tactical planning and execution of daily operations including enforcing a multi-layered defence of the Singapore's coastline and asserting sovereignty over Singapore's waters. Concurrently took charge of and conducted a redesign of the Squadron's Performance Management/ Ranking System which significantly improved ranking equity amongst over 300 servicemen and women.
