      Working TechnologistTechnical CoordinatorTechnical Director: ICANL In this position I was responsible for recreating a department that had gone through alot of turnover. I actively recruited new and seasoned technologist to create a diverse mix. By releasing all travel contracted nuclear technologist, I was able to significantly decrease the budget. The department was revamped and made technologist friendly. New equipment, front desk personnel, and staff education/appreciation made for a very productive department.
