Conducted sensitive investigations into alleged misconduct across a diverse force of over 9,000 military, DoD Civilian, DoD contractors, and Third Country Nationals (TCNs) with skill and discretion. Performed all duties related to intelligence oversight for detainee operations that included significant coordination with IC, military, civilian government, and military criminal investigative organizations. Identified, clarified, and referred felony misconduct to the appropriate Agencies. Regularly briefed the Commanding General (CG), Deputy CG, relevant senior officials and United States Southern Command on the status of investigations and investigative inquiries and provided them with policy and corrective action proposals to prevent and detect violations of laws, rules and regulations and waste, fraud, and abuse.
