      Police of Chief duties include, budgets, payroll, administrative meetings, business meetings, financial and fiscal responsibilities, training, community policing, training, evaluation, hiring of officers, business plans. I also served as a Patrol Sergeant, a field training officer recording many hours of training and liability with newly hired officers. In charge of the DUI detection program, working with youth, visited many detention centers, hundred of hours of training and many hours of certifications, weapons training, hand to hand combat training, worked with domestic violence advocates, court orders, court appearance in Tribal, State, and Federal for major crimes and misdemeanor. Handled many medical call from accidents, knife wounds to homicide calls, was trained as a hostage negotiator, sexual assault investigator. Investigation and evidence gathering. Criminal interviews, arrest of violent offenders, Traffic enforcement, accident investigation. DUI video collection. Handled citizens complaint, identified primary targets of crime in the neighborhood watch program.
