In a short span of 3 years and a move to make the group global, I developed and delivered an integrated capital project management process aligned with Procurement in North America, created the real estate playbooks, re-wrote and test scripted the CRES department compliance controls and policies, simplified the budgeting and planning process for facilities management in North America while endeavoring to drive consistency in processes across regions. I introduced strategic portfolio planning and workplace strategies, consulted and participated in service provider contract renewals and facilitated vendor service agreements writing the business cases to support and gain approval for each program. I lead the project team in the acquisition of a data management system including migration of the data to the new system and governed the lease administration transition from a single vendor in North America to a global service provider.
