  I coordinated a group of guys for the realization of a cycle of projections in our film club "Cinemazza". We have screened over 50 films and offered an excellent show to the whole community of Padua (Italy). In our cineforum we have also organized concerts, art exhibitions, cabaret shows and debates with the public at the end of the screening. I learned a lot from this experience: what teamwork is and how to become a good leader. I learned to follow the artistic and organizational suggestions of all team members and to have fun with them doing my job. The projections as a whole went very well, recording a sold out in over 80% of the events. Together we have been able to increase the popularity of the film club throughout the territory of Padua.
