Managed organization’s Purchasing Department, overseeing staff of five military purchasing agents and supervisor in supporting organization’s daily operating requirements in compliance with Department of Defense acquisition guidelines. Managed $150M Construction Battalion Table of Allowance (TOA) consisting of operational support equipment and material - including inventory, life cycle management, and asset allocation. Executed a round trip mobilization of ten military commands between San Diego, CA and Mombasa, Kenya utilizing a combination of global sea, air, and ground movement channels. Coordinated the planning, packing, documentation, and shipping of 3,000 tons of cargo in addition to the transportation of 300 personnel. Managed $5M Port Handling and Inland transportation budget.
