Show less While working as a Digital Adoption specialist, I have been working on enterprise level communications through internal communications while also creating and posting content for monthly campaigns visible to over 80,000 thousand employees with a significant decrease in tickets for respected monthly campaign services. Also I have been facilitating and supporting a large champions network throughout my organization by collaborating with Microsoft by running monthly calls and creating a M365 community within the business. I have also been in charge of maintaining a campaign tracker to help achieve deliverables for my stakeholders within End User Services at a constant quality level accessible to the whole organisation. While doing this, I have also been running training sessions for M365 services to my fellow colleagues to help them get the best out of every service to help increase productivity!
