I am a strategic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in business operations, revenue growth, and team leadership. I have had the privilege of working directly with founders at both Dice and Awign, contributing to high-impact initiatives and driving measurable success. At Dice, I played a key role in scaling the business by implementing innovative sales strategies, expanding into new markets, and improving customer engagement, all while mentoring high-performing teams to exceed goals. At Awign, a gig-work platform, I managed over 50 clients across industries such as FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and auditing, working closely with the founding team to drive strategic growth. My efforts in business development, partner onboarding, and data-driven market strategies contributed to a 50x revenue increase in two years and helped secure Series A funding. I also led a team of 10+ members, executing large-scale projects across India. I hold a B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from PES University and have earned certifications in key account management, Six Sigma foundations, and data analytics. My strengths include customer relationship management, technical sales, people management, and data-driven problem-solving.
