    I am a strategic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in business operations, revenue growth, and team leadership. I have had the privilege of working directly with founders at both Dice and Awign, contributing to high-impact initiatives and driving measurable success. At Dice, I played a key role in scaling the business by implementing innovative sales strategies, expanding into new markets, and improving customer engagement, all while mentoring high-performing teams to exceed goals. At Awign, a gig-work platform, I managed over 50 clients across industries such as FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and auditing, working closely with the founding team to drive strategic growth. My efforts in business development, partner onboarding, and data-driven market strategies contributed to a 50x revenue increase in two years and helped secure Series A funding. I also led a team of 10+ members, executing large-scale projects across India. I hold a B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from PES University and have earned certifications in key account management, Six Sigma foundations, and data analytics.
