  Started as an internal and Joint Venture Auditor. While auditing a Joint Interest partner found a major contract compliance issue with the operator of our largest joint venture. That audit finding resulted in a transfer to Sr Contract Analyst for a brief period. With that experience moved into the Gas Purchase group to purchase wellhead gas and sell from our Marketing group Tenngasco. The sale the Oil production group, resulted in a transfer to head up the operations of the Methanol production and distribution and storage capacity for a subsidiary of Tenneco. Show less

  Contract Assignment - Review Gas Balance Agreements (section of the Joint Operating Agreement) for certain language that requires cash settlements for natural gas imbalances on properties being considered for disposition. Negotiate a cash settlement value and provide contract to document the agreement reached. Worked with Accounting to get the imbalance statements adjusted and the cash payment to the Working Interest owner as per negotiations.
